To set up the custom order form you must have a SHOPIFY website. I will need access to send a collaborator request.
I’ll need your Shopify domain and collaborator code to send request.
For domain, go to settings, domain and I need the one with .myshopify at the end and for collaborator code go to settings, security & you’ll see 4 digit code.
